Stats are compared against Arbitrator: green is higher, red ▼ lower. A badged glyph is a power the base form does not have; a gold-ringed one is a power it has under the same name but with different rules.
Barely recognizable from their former selves, these arbitrators serve as floating control relays, capable of directing countless shoth at once. The strain they endure surpasses the limits of any mortal mind or body.
